Pricing Explained

Whoa offers two plans: Individual and Corporate. Both have identical features. The difference is who is using it: a single person (even at work, even commercially) versus an organization standardizing it.

Individual Plan

  • Free, forever
  • Allowed at work — use it for professional/commercial work, client projects, anything
  • Intended for one user (including solo consultants / one-person shops)
  • If it’s just you, you’re Individual — even if you’re doing paid work inside a company.

Corporate Plan

  • Required when the Addin becomes part of an organization’s standard workflow
  • Rule of thumb: If new hires would require the Addin to do their job, you need the Corporate plan
  • Covers team use under a shared domain: the account owner can authorize up to 50 email addresses
  • Up to two ambassadors can manage user access on your behalf
  • Bulk pricing available (contact for quote)

Early Adopter Protection

Corporate subscribers who sign up now lock in their pricing permanently (adjusted only for inflation: CPI-U or 2%, whichever is greater). Protection ends if the subscription lapses.
