Philosophy
Summary
Whoa offers two subscription plans: Individual and Corporate. Both provide the same full feature set. The difference is not capability — it is how the Add-In is used.
The Individual plan is completely free, with no restrictions, including for commercial or professional work. This reflects a core belief: individuals should be empowered to build and create without artificial limits.
A Corporate plan is required only when the Add-In becomes part of an organization’s normal operations.
Subscription Plans
Individual Plan
- Designed for a single user.
- Free, unrestricted use.
- Permitted for professional, commercial, and client-facing work.
- No feature limits, time limits, or usage caps.
Corporate Plan
- Required when the Add-In is adopted as part of an organization’s standard workflow.
- Intended for teams, companies, and operational use.
- Bulk pricing that lowers the cost per user.
- Allows the account owner to authorize up to 50 email addresses.
- Existing registered users gain access automatically.
Rule of thumb:
If new hires would reasonably be expected to install the Add-In to perform their job, a Corporate plan is required.
If there is uncertainty, the Terms of Service are authoritative and always available via the link at the bottom of this site. Questions can also be directed to [email protected].
Ambassadors
Corporate account owners may designate up to two ambassadors.
- Ambassadors can add or remove authorized email addresses on behalf of the owner.
- This allows lightweight delegation without shared credentials.
Commitment to Early Adopters (Paid Plans Only)
Early adopters on paid Corporate plans receive long-term price protection.
If the Early Adopter clause appears in the Agreement at signup: - Subscription pricing is locked while the subscription remains continuously active. - Annual adjustments may occur based on CPI-U or 2%, whichever is greater. - If the subscription lapses or is canceled, the price shield ends.
Current Terms of Service are always available via the link at the bottom of every page.
